As Chief Academic Officer and Dean of the School, Dr. Bowen oversees all academic matters, including faculty planning and support, thought leadership, accreditation and compliance, and curriculum innovation and program quality assurance.

Mansour Javidan, Ph.D.

As Dean of Research and Garvin Distinguished Professor at Thunderbird School of Global Management, Dr. Javidan is in charge of launching and heading up the Thunderbird  Knowledge Network. In this role, he also oversees Thunderbird's centers of excellence. He works closely with the Dean of Faculty to support and review faculty research, and helps our Marketing, Communications and Outreach colleagues raise the school's public research profile.

Joan Neice, Ed.D.

As Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Chief Development Officer at Thunderbird School of Global Management, Dr. Neice is responsible for the School's development activities, including fundraising, capital campaigns and donor relations. In addition, she oversees alumni relations.
